A blended curriculum was developed to support new People Managers in R&D in enhancing their leadership skills and personal growth. The program combines e-learning modules and classroom sessions to optimize knowledge transfer and foster interactive learning.
To foster continuous growth and career development, the organization actively recruits new talent and invests in the professional advancement of its employees. Recognizing the importance of strong leadership, they sought to create a structured program that would equip employees with essential people management skills. The goal was to provide a clear pathway for employees transitioning into leadership roles, ensuring they were well-prepared to take on responsibilities as People Managers.
To support employees in developing their leadership capabilities, we created a comprehensive learning program that blends classroom sessions with interactive e-Learning modules. The e-Learning component serves as the foundation, providing employees with essential knowledge on key management topics such as communication, performance management, and team motivation. This digital approach allows employees to absorb theoretical knowledge at their own pace, while the classroom sessions focus on deepening understanding through case studies, interactive discussions, and real-world application.
A structured series of e-Learning modules was designed based on high-level storyboards and a cohesive instructional framework. The program covers a broad range of people management topics, including Rewards, Effective Conversations, Talent and Promotions, Well-being, and Leadership Development. Each module, developed in Articulate Storyline 360, features interactive exercises, real-life scenarios, and practical insights to enhance engagement and retention. This multimodal approach ensures that future leaders not only understand management principles but also gain the confidence to apply them effectively in their roles.
To ensure seamless access and ease of use, all e-Learning modules were delivered in SCORM format, enabling smooth integration with the organization's Learning Management System (LMS). This ensures that employees can engage with the training materials anytime, anywhere, at their own pace. The combination of digital learning and hands-on experience creates a dynamic and impactful development journey, empowering employees to grow into confident and capable People Managers.
