THE CHALLENGE

We defined the question

Agristo engaged Arboth to co-create a new leadership development program for team leaders, with a specific focus on promoting internal talent: helping operators transition into leadership roles.
In this new leadership model, technical expertise took a backseat, core leadership skills such as motivating, coaching, communicating, and providing direction were now the central focus.

The core question was: How can we support this new generation of team leaders in their transition in an engaging, relatable, and sustainable way?

To strengthen and enrich the program, Arboth designed and produced a series of blended learning tools, including custom e-learning content for the journey:

The entire journey was brought to life through a space exploration theme, co-created with Agristo as a playful nod to their bold ambition: “The first French fry on the moon.” This imaginative theme sparked engagement and motivation among participants.

The result was a powerful, energizing, and integrated learning experience for new team leaders:

The training program was designed to create an engaging and interactive learning experience, centered around an inspiring lunar theme. From the very beginning, participants were immersed in this theme, as the training modules were introduced as "mission phases." This approach transformed participants into astronauts on a journey to the moon, turning them into active participants rather than passive learners.

To keep the experience lively, the program incorporated interactive elements such as quizzes and dynamic animations. These not only reinforced key leadership principles but also made the learning process enjoyable and memorable. In addition, progress tracking tools were embedded to help learners visualize their advancement, boosting motivation and personal accountability.

This structured yet flexible approach ensured that every participant, regardless of their prior experience, acquired the essential leadership skills for effective team dynamics. The program emphasized collaboration, engagement, and a sense of adventure, making the learning journey both transformative and fun.

By successfully completing each module, participants gained the tools and insights needed to make a lasting impact on leadership practices within their teams and across the organization.

We continue our partnership with Agristo to evaluate the outcomes and refine the program after the first rollout, ensuring that future training groups benefit from a continuously improved and updated learning experience.
