THE CHALLENGE

We defined the question  

The objective was to create an engaging and informative e-learning module that would effectively convey the internal processes for managing various business cases within a consulting firm. This e-learning needed to clearly outline the entire workflow, starting from the initial contact with potential clients to the activation of projects. Key stages in this process included the consultant’s first interaction with prospective clients, lead generation, opportunity development and the presentation of proposals to stakeholders. As the company was still refining its internal system, there was an urgent need to clarify expectations for employees and provide guidance on how to perform their roles effectively. The aim was to ensure that a diverse team of consultants could easily understand and navigate these processes.

THE SOLUTION

We designed the answer 

To address this need, the consulting company collaborated with us to create an e-learning program that would comprehensively cover the necessary internal processes. We embarked on the project by collaborating closely with this company to identify suitable learning methods for development. Building upon their extensive prior analysis, we engaged in a series of meetings to align all questions and needs effectively. This cooperative dialogue allowed us to weave together insights and create a comprehensive framework, illuminating the key elements necessary for optimizing their internal processes.

ROLLOUT

The rollout was not included within the scope of this project. Following the delivery of the e-learning materials, the client independently took charge of the implementation.
